New Version 7.0 of CIVER-PSYCH® & CIVER-MED™ ALLOW BUSY CLINICS & HOSPITALS TO FOCUS ON PATIENTS RATHER THAN PAPERWORK

HUNTSVILLE, AL – September 21, 2010 – Infinity/Civerex, LLC, a leading provider of state-of-the-art Healthcare Case Management software, is pleased to announce the release of Version 7.0 of its behavioral healthcare product CIVER-PSYCH® and its general medical product CIVER-MED™ management.

Whereas prior versions put an almost exclusive focus on structured work (i.e. best practices protocols), Version 7.0 seamlessly accommodates both structured as well as unstructured (i.e. ad hoc) work with the result that users at busy clinics and hospitals can now can skip over tasks along workflows, perform tasks in a different order, add tasks that are not in a protocol template, and revisit already-completed tasks. In-line compliance checking at case milestones (e.g. chart reviews) ensures that deficiencies are detected and remedied.

In addition, CIVER-PSYCH® 7.0 and CIVER-MED™ 7.0 users are now able to engage all patient processing from ONE screen that organizes tasks the way people work (fixed time appointments on one side of the screen, floating time appointments on the other side of the screen). Agencies can implement “in-line” continuous quality management where 100% background checking is automatically carried out along workflows to improve compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
