Civerex Signs 20-Year Software technology and Services Agreement With Infinity Technology, Inc.
Montreal, Canada - August 18, 2005 - Civerex Systems Inc.
is pleased to announce that it has signed a 20-year software technology and services
agreement with Infinity Technology, Inc. of Huntsville, AL.
The agreement allows Infinity to offer 'private label' versions of
Civerex software applications to its defense-industry customers in the U.S.
Civerex software products involved in the agreement include CIVER-MIND™,
CIVER-CERTIFY™, CIVER-MANAGE™
(Relationship Management), CiverOrders™ (Workflow Management),
and CIVER-SUPPLIER™, CiverSubmit™,
CiverExchange™ (Record Management).

is evolving" says Jean Kelly, President of Jay-Kell Technologies Inc., the parent
organization of Civerex Systems Inc. "We expect to see important technology
transfers between the two companies that will benefit Civerex software applications
in the medical, behavioral health and law enforcement sectors".
